Privacy

Short and plain: we use your details to deliver your order, and nothing else. We do not sell them.

What We Ask For

  • At checkout: your name, phone number, address, and an optional alternative phone, note and email.
  • For orders paid first by bKash: your bKash TrxID or a screenshot of your payment, so we can check it.
  • On a sold-out or upcoming product: your WhatsApp number, so we can tell you when it is back.

What We Use It For

  • To call or text you about your order, pack it and deliver it. Our courier gets your name, phone and address to deliver the parcel.
  • To check your bKash payment, and to refund you if we need to.
  • To help you if something is wrong with your order.
  • If you gave an email, to send offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Cookies And Ads Measurement

We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to see which of our ads lead to orders. Meta may receive the pages you visit, what you add to your cart, and your order details (value and items). Your name, phone and email are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent. We never take card details: you pay cash on delivery, or by bKash. Payment screenshots and TrxIDs are never sent to Meta.

We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the shop (pages visited, clicks, scrolling), so we can make it easier to use. Clarity may record how you move around the pages, but what you type is hidden, and our checkout and order pages are hidden from it. Google Search Console only tells us which searches bring people to us.

You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram settings (Ad preferences), and in your browser.

Who Else Holds Your Data

Our website runs on Netlify, our database is on Supabase, our pictures (including bKash payment screenshots) are on Cloudinary, and our visitor statistics are with Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity). Our order alerts reach our own team only.

Your Choices

To see, correct or delete your details, message us on Messenger or WhatsApp with your order number. We will do it, except where we must keep a record of an order.
